Branislava Milosevic

Digital Communications Strategist

Branislava Milosevic is a digital communications strategist with over a decade's experience in the UK charity sector. She acquired her digital leadership, fundraising and campaigning experience at some of Britain's largest charities. Branislava has coordinated digital specialists in the charity sector to support campaigns such as Make Poverty History. She has developed and implemented public mobilisation strategies for a number of non-government organisation campaigns. She is a regular contributor to NCVO’s Certificate in Campaigning

Dean Russell

European Social Media Director

Dean is the European Social Media Director for LEWIS PR, a leading Global Communications agency. Dean has worked in leading agencies in the digital & communications industry and his clients include the British Heart Foundation, RSPCA and the RNIB. He has been a judge for the Third Sector Excellence Awards and the British Video Association Awards and contributes regularly to Times Higher Education, Health Service Journal and PRWeek. He also writes a regular column for Third Sector magazine. Outside of work, Dean is also a St Albans District Councillor, where he is the Chair of the St Albans Health & Wellbeing Partnership. Dean also blogs regularly on his website TheRussellReview.

Madeleine Sugden

Content Manager

With over 10 years' web experience, including five years as web editor at RNIB, Madeleine's passion is creating websites which are usable, accessible and useful. She has delivered writing for the web training throughout her career and passes on best practice in charity communications, specifically digital fundraising, campaigning and social media. She is currently Content Manager for KnowHow NonProfit.

Sylwia Presley

Social Media Consultant

Sylwia Presley is a social media consultant for the non profit sector at Voice. Previously, Sylwia has worked as a word-of-mouth marketer for large commercial brands like Nokia, Toshiba and Castrol. Currently she is combining her commercial experience with work as an activist blogger for MySociety and citizen journalist for Global Voices to educate non profits on the real value of social media. Her areas of expertise are: social media strategy, governmental transparency, on-line ethics, privacy and safe Internet practice for children.
