Terms & Conditions


Face-to-face Terms and Conditions

Bookings are accepted on a 'first come, first served' basis.

Public Courses

All bookings should be confirmed on payment and/or 2 weeks before the corse date to enable organisers to make final arrangements.

If a course is full, names can be placed on a 'reserve list', if a place becomes available, they will then be notified.

Final details (map of venue, etc.), as applicable, will normally be sent out as soon as is possible.

Refunds cannot be made for non-attendance.

Cancelation terms
  1. Up to 28 days before the course date: full refund less 10% admin charge
  2. 14-28 days before course date: 50% of fee payable
  3. Less tha 14 days before the course date: full fee is payable. (In extenuating circumstancesa place on a future course may be provided).
  • train2care reserves the right to cancel a course or defer to a later date. Fees will be refunded in full (subject to any Skill Platform charges) should delegates not wish to attend the aletrnative date.
  • In th event of any unavaoidable last minute cancellation of a course, we regret train2care will be unable to refund any travel costs incurred.
