Terms & Conditions

The WYHEC aim to provide a flexible approach to training for our customers, please read these booking terms & conditions before making bookings on this course. You should understand that by booking on any of our funded courses you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

This course is funded and may be accessed free of charge for participants who work for member organisations of the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Excellence Centre. We advise you to check with your employer or the organisation in which you are working to confirm whether they are a WYHEC member before booking. The course can be accessed for an agreed fee where applicants are not members.

The person making the booking will be responsible for ensuring any course fees are paid where applicable and where fees are incurred as a result of cancellation period of eligibility ( see below) ornon- attendance. Payment will be requiredwithin 30 days from date of invoice.

General Information

  • Where practicable refreshments will be offered. Students are advised to bring their own lunch. Alternatively students will be signposted on where they can purchase food. All venues have been selected with student experience in mind so facilities will be available.

Travel provisions are not supported by the WYHEC however all venues have been selected with student experience in mind so travel details will be available on your course description.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your course booking at any time So as to provide funded training into the future and to maximise resources the WYHEC will apply fees in some cases ( see table below)
